做法
1. | 將照燒醬汁和薑片一起在小鍋裡煮開,省略配方中的麵粉水。 |
2. | 鰻魚解凍。將鰻魚沖洗乾淨後用紙巾擦乾。烤箱預熱400˚F(205˚C)。 |
3. | 烤盤用錫箔紙包好。鰻魚切成兩半後放在烤盤上,進烤箱烤10分鐘。烤好後把照燒醬汁刷在鰻魚上。 |
4. | 1人份的白飯裝在一個大碗裡。飯上刷些照燒醬汁,再擺上烤鰻魚。 |
5. | 隨個人喜好配用綠芥末,撒上山椒粉,紫菜絲和白芝麻。 |
PREPARATION
1. | Cook the Teriyaki Sauce with ginger in a small pot. Omit the flour and water in the recipe. |
2. | Defrost the eel. Rinse the eel and pat dry with paper towels. Preheat the oven to 400˚F(205˚C). |
3. | Cut the eel in half and place it on a foil wrapped baking pan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the eel from the oven and brush with Teriyaki Sauce. |
4. | Place half of the rice in a big bowl. Brush the rice with teriyaki sauce then top with one piece of eel. |
5. | Serve the rice with wasabi, Sansho pepper, shredded seaweed and white sesame seeds as desired. |
