鰻丼 Unadon (Grilled Eel Over Rice)

材料 Ingredients
冷凍熟鰻魚 Frozen cooked eel 1 12盎司 oz
熱白飯 Warm cooked rice 兩人份 For 2 people
薑 Ginger 1 片 slice
照燒醬汁 Teriyaki Sauce 1 份 Portion
紫菜絲 Shredded dried seaweed 隨意 as desired
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed 隨意 as desired
綠芥末 Wasabi隨意 as desired
山椒粉 Sansho powder 隨意 as desired

做法
1.照燒醬汁和薑片一起在小鍋裡煮開,省略配方中的麵粉水。
2.鰻魚解凍。將鰻魚沖洗乾淨後用紙巾擦乾。烤箱預熱400˚F(205˚C)。
3.烤盤用錫箔紙包好。鰻魚切成兩半後放在烤盤上,進烤箱烤10分鐘。烤好後把照燒醬汁刷在鰻魚上。
4.1人份的白飯裝在一個大碗裡。飯上刷些照燒醬汁,再擺上烤鰻魚。
5.隨個人喜好配用綠芥末,撒上山椒粉,紫菜絲和白芝麻。

PREPARATION
1.Cook the Teriyaki Sauce with ginger in a small pot. Omit the flour and water in the recipe.
2.Defrost the eel. Rinse the eel and pat dry with paper towels. Preheat the oven to 400˚F(205˚C).
3.Cut the eel in half and place it on a foil wrapped baking pan. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the eel from the oven and brush with Teriyaki Sauce.
4.Place half of the rice in a big bowl. Brush the rice with teriyaki sauce then top with one piece of eel.
5.Serve the rice with wasabi, Sansho pepper, shredded seaweed and white sesame seeds as desired.
