紅油拌醬 Hong-You (Chili Oil) Dressing


材料 Ingredients
醬油 Soy Sauce2 大匙 Tbs
糖 Sugar2 小匙 tsp
麻油 Sesame oil1 小匙 tsp
老干媽油辣椒 Oiled chili pepper2 大匙 Tbs
食用油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
花椒粉 Chinese chili pepper powder1/3 小匙 tsp
白醋 Rice vinegar2 小匙 tsp
雞粉 Chicken bouillon powder1/2 小匙 tsp
蔥末 Minced scallion1 大匙 Tbs
蒜末 Minced garlic2 小匙 tsp
 紅油拌醬圖片

做法：將以上材料混合即可使用。
