1. | 油加熱﹐加入洋蔥略炒。 |
2. | 再加鹽和胡椒﹐繼續用中火將洋蔥炒到變透明﹐顏色變成深咖啡色。 要不斷地攪動﹐以免洋蔥燒焦會有苦味。 |
Procedure
1. | Heat 4 tbs oil. Add the onion and stir several times. |
2. | Add the salt and pepper for seasoning. Continue stir-frying the onion until translucent and brown. Be careful not to burn the onion to avoid bitter taste. |
