焦甜洋蔥 Glazed Onion

材料 Ingredients
洋蔥絲 Onion julienne4 杯 cup
油 Cooking oil4 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt1 小匙 tsp
黑胡椒 Black pepper1/4 小匙 tsp

做法
1.油加熱﹐加入洋蔥略炒。
2.再加鹽和胡椒﹐繼續用中火將洋蔥炒到變透明﹐顏色變成深咖啡色。 要不斷地攪動﹐以免洋蔥燒焦會有苦味。



Procedure
1.Heat 4 tbs oil. Add the onion and stir several times.
2.Add the salt and pepper for seasoning. Continue stir-frying the onion until translucent and brown. Be careful not to burn the onion to avoid bitter taste.
