Pan-Fried Pork Loin

Ingredients
Pork loin (cut 0.3cm thick slices)1 lb (450g)
Taiwanese style marinade1 portion
Cooking oil1 Tbs

Instructions
1.Prepare the Taiwanese Style Marinade.
2.Marinate the pork with part A from the Taiwanese Style Marinade for 20 minutes. Rub the meat vigorously until all the liquid is absorbed.
3.Mix the marinated pork with part B from the Taiwan Style Marinade.
4.Add 2 tbs. of oil to a heated non-stick pan. Place the pork slices one by one in the pan and pan-fry over high heat. Once the edges of the pork turn golden brown, flip the pork over quickly. Turn off the heat and let the remaining heat cook the pork through. If your pan is not big enough, cook the pork in two batches.

做法
1.準備台式醃料
2.將里肌肉与台式醃料A部份拌勻醃20分鐘,要用力抓捏讓所有的液體都被肉吸收。
3.將醃好的肉加入台式醃料B部份仔細拌勻。
4.不沾平底鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油。將里肌肉一片一片放入鍋裡用大火煎,看到肉邊已變金黃將肉快速翻面,熄火用鍋裡餘溫將肉片燜熟。如果鍋不夠大,將肉分兩批煎。
