Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients

1. | Boil a small pot of water. Fill a big bowl with water and ice. |
2. | Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Transfer the broccoli into icy water. Once the broccoli cools down, drain the water. |
3. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. |
4. | Place 1 tbs. of oil and garlic in a heated pan; sauté until aromatic. |
5. | Add broccoli and Light sauté sauce; sauté until the broccoli reaches desired softness. |

1. | 煮滾一小鍋水,另外準備一盆冰水。 |
2. | 將青花菜放進滾水內燙1分鐘後馬上撈出放入冰水內。 等菜都涼透後,濾乾放在一旁備用。 |
3. | 準備清炒醬汁。 |
4. | 炒鍋燒熱,加入1大匙油和大蒜爆香。 |
5. | 加入青花菜和清炒醬汁翻炒至青花菜達到你喜歡的軟度。 |
