Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic

Ingredients
Broccoli (cut into small pieces)2/3 lb (300g)
Garlic (crushed)3 clove
Cooking oil1 Tbs
Light sauté sauce1 portion

Instructions
1.Boil a small pot of water. Fill a big bowl with water and ice.
2.Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Transfer the broccoli into icy water. Once the broccoli cools down, drain the water.
3.Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce.
4.Place 1 tbs. of oil and garlic in a heated pan; sauté until aromatic.
5.Add broccoli and Light sauté sauce; sauté until the broccoli reaches desired softness.

青花菜(切小塊)2/3 磅 (300克)
大蒜(拍碎)3
食用油1 大匙
清炒醬汁1

做法
1.煮滾一小鍋水,另外準備一盆冰水。
2.將青花菜放進滾水內燙1分鐘後馬上撈出放入冰水內。 等菜都涼透後,濾乾放在一旁備用。
3.準備清炒醬汁
4.炒鍋燒熱,加入1大匙油和大蒜爆香。
5.加入青花菜和清炒醬汁翻炒至青花菜達到你喜歡的軟度。
