Cucumber with Hot Spicy Dressing

Ingredients
Persian cucumber6 each
Salt2 tsp
Garlic (crushed)6 clove
Red chili pepper (sliced)1 each
Hot spicy dressing (omit salt and soy sauce)1 portion

Instructions
1.Wash the Persian cucumbers. Use the back of a knife to crack the cucumbers then cut each one into three equal segments.
2.Thoroughly mix the cucumbers with 2 tsp. of salt. Wait 30 minutes for the cucumbers to release water through osmosis. Discard the released water.
3.Prepare the Hot Spicy Dressing, omit the salt and soy sauce in the recipe.
4.Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl; cover and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

做法
1.小黃瓜洗乾淨後用刀背拍裂,再將每根黃瓜切成三段。
2.將小黃瓜與2小匙鹽仔細拌勻後靜置一旁30分鐘。倒掉滲出的水份。
3.準備麻辣涼拌醬汁,省略配方中的鹽和醬油。
4.將所有材料放進容器裡拌勻,蓋上蓋子放進冰箱冷藏至少6個小時。
