註:1.5杯米 = 2杯電鍋量杯的米。
Note: 1.5 cups of rice = 2 rice cooker measurement cups of rice.
做法
1. | 準備炒麵醬汁。 |
2. | 1.5杯米沖洗乾淨後濾乾。將米,1.25杯水和炒麵醬汁B料放進電鍋的內鍋浸泡。 |
3. | 準備剩餘的食材。豬肉絲與 基本醃料(濃)拌勻後醃15分鐘。 |
4. | 鍋燒熱後加入3大匙油和紅蔥頭炒香﹐續加蝦米炒1分鐘。再加肉絲炒散,肉色變白。 |
5. | 加入高麗菜,香菇和炒麵醬汁A部份飯炒至高麗菜開始變軟。盛出炒好的餡料,轉放入電鍋內鍋 - 鋪在米上,不要與米攪拌。 |
6. | 依照平常煮白飯的方式煮﹐煮完後燜10分鐘。掀開鍋蓋,倒入蔥花拌勻即可。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Fried Noodle Sauce. |
2. | Rinse 1.5 cups of rice and drain the water. Place the rice, 1.25 cups of water and Part B from the Fried Noodle Sauce in the pot for rice cooker. |
3. | Prepare the rest of ingredients. Marinate the pork with Basic Marinade (Dark) for 15 minutes. |
4. | Add 3 tbs. of oil and shallot in a heated pan; sauté until aromatic. Add the dried shrimps and sauté for another minute. Place in the pork and stir until the pork strips are loose and the color turns white. |
5. | Add cabbage, shiitake mushroom and Part A from Fried Noodle Sauce. Sauté until the cabbage starts turning soft. Transfer the mixture to the pot - on top of the rice, do not mix. |
6. | Cook the rice by following the instructions of the rice cooker. Once the rice is done, let it sit with lid on for 10 minutes. Open the rice cooker; add the minced scallion and mix. |
