做法
1. | 將雞肉切成 5cm x 5cm 小塊後加入2大匙地瓜粉拌勻。如果沒有地瓜粉可用玉米粉替代。 |
2. | 準備三杯醬汁。 |
3. | 氣炸鍋設定在375°F(190°C)。在雞肉上噴少許油後放進氣炸鍋炸到金黃,大約15分鐘。如果沒有氣炸鍋,將雞肉用375°F(190°c)油炸酥後撈出,約3分鐘。也可以用2大匙油將雞肉煎黃。 |
4. | 鍋燒熱後放進三杯醬汁A料用小火煎到薑和大蒜呈金黃色後倒進炸好的雞。 |
5. | 加入三杯醬汁B料和雞丁用中火混炒到醬汁變稠。加入三杯醬汁C料拌炒數下後即可離鍋。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut the chicken into 2"x2" pieces. Mix the chicken with 2 tbs. of yam starch. You can substitute the yam starch with corn starch. |
2. | Prepare the Three-cup Sauce. |
3. | Set the air fryer to 375°(190°). Spray oil on the chicken pieces then cook them in the air fryer until golden brown, approx. 15 minutes. If not using an air fryer, you can deep-fry the chicken in 375°F(190°c) oil until golden brown, approx. 3 minutes. Or you can pan-fry the chicken with 2 tbs. of oil in a pan. |
4. | Add the part A of the Three-Cup sauce to a heated pan. Cook over low heat until the ginger and garlic are golden brown. Add the chicken. |
5. | Mix the Three-Cup Sauce part B with the chicken. Stir over medium heat until the sauce is thick. At last blend in Three-Cup Sauce part C. |
