做法﹕先將A料爆香﹐加入主材料拌炒再加入B料。等醬汁收乾後拌入C料。
Procedure﹕Sauté part A until aromatic. Add the Major ingredients and the part B. Continue cooking until the sauce becomes thick. Mix in part C.
