Chicken Broth Jelly

Ingredients
Chicken stock2 cup
Unflavored gelatin powder2 envelop (15g)
Salt1/3 tsp

Instructions
1.Mix the gelatin powder with 1/4 cup of cold chicken stock. Set it aside and let it bloom.
2.Boil the remaining chicken stock in a sauce pan. Add the bloomed gelatin and salt; mix until dissolved. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Please adjust the salt content based on the saltiness of the chicken stock.
3.Transfer the chicken stock in a container. Once the stock cools down, cover and store the container in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

做法
1.取1/4杯冷雞湯與吉利丁粉拌勻後放到一旁。
2.將剩餘的雞湯煮滾後加入(1)項的吉利丁和鹽攪拌至吉利丁完全融化,然後用小火繼續煮5分鐘。請參考雞湯的鹹度調整鹽的份量。
3.把雞湯裝盒。等到冷卻後蓋上蓋子放進冰箱冷藏至少3個小時。
