做法
1. | 將四季豆洗乾淨﹐頭尾摘除。如果四季豆很長﹐對切兩半。 |
2. | 將清炒醬汁準備好﹐其中的芡粉可省略 |
3. | 將四季豆﹐油﹐高湯﹐和清炒醬汁放進一個微波爐用的容器加蓋。 |
4. | 放進微波爐用強火微 3分鐘。蓋子不要打開再燜 3分鐘。 |
5. | 將四季豆略微拌一下使調味均勻即可裝盤。 |
Procedure
1. | Wash the string beans and snip the ends off. Cut the beans that are too long in halves. |
2. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. You can omit the corn starch in the recipe. |
3. | Place the string beans, oil, stock and Light Sauté Sauce in a microwave safe container and cover. |
4. | Put the container in a microwave and cook in high heat for 3 minutes. Leave the cover on for another 3 minutes. |
5. | Stir the string beans and mix them with the sauce well to serve. |
