Pork Stir Fry with Sweeten Soybean Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Note: The cucumber can be replaced with julienned scallion.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. | Plate the cucumber and set it aside. |
2. | Marinate the pork with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes. |
3. | Prepare Sweeten Soybean Sauce. |
4. | Mix the marinated pork with 2 tbs. of oil. Add the pork and 1 tbs. of oil to a heated non-stick pan; sauté until the pork is 80% done. |
5. | Add the Sweeten Soybean Sauce and sauté for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat. |
6. | Place the pork over the cucumber. Mix the pork with the cucumber while serving. |

2. | 里肌肉與基本醃料(濃)拌勻醃10分鐘。 |
3. | 準備醬爆醬汁。 |
4. | 將肉絲與2大匙油拌勻。不沾鍋燒熱後加入肉絲和1大匙油快炒到8分熟。 |
5. | 加入醬爆醬汁與肉絲快炒30秒即可起鍋。 |
6. | 炒好的肉絲連醬汁倒在黃瓜絲上。食用時將肉絲與黃瓜絲拌一下。 |
