Pork Stir Fry with Sweeten Soybean Sauce

INGREDIENTS
Persian cucumber (julienned)1/2 lb (225g)
Pork Loin (cut thin strips)2/3 lb (300g)
Dark basic marinade 1 portion
Cooking oil 2+1 Tbs
Sweeten soybean sauce 1 portion

Note: The cucumber can be replaced with julienned scallion.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.Plate the cucumber and set it aside.
2.Marinate the pork with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes.
3.Prepare Sweeten Soybean Sauce.
4.Mix the marinated pork with 2 tbs. of oil. Add the pork and 1 tbs. of oil to a heated non-stick pan; sauté until the pork is 80% done.
5.Add the Sweeten Soybean Sauce and sauté for another 30 seconds. Turn off the heat.
6.Place the pork over the cucumber. Mix the pork with the cucumber while serving.

小黃瓜(切絲)1/2 磅 (225克)
里肌肉(切絲)2/3 磅 (300克)
基本醃料(濃) 1
食用油2+1 大匙
醬爆醬汁 1
京醬肉絲圖片
註:黃瓜絲可以用蔥絲取代。

做法
1.將小黃瓜裝盤放在一旁備用。
2.里肌肉與基本醃料(濃)拌勻醃10分鐘。
3.準備醬爆醬汁
4.將肉絲與2大匙油拌勻。不沾鍋燒熱後加入肉絲和1大匙油快炒到8分熟。
5.加入醬爆醬汁與肉絲快炒30秒即可起鍋。
6.炒好的肉絲連醬汁倒在黃瓜絲上。食用時將肉絲與黃瓜絲拌一下。
