芝麻菠菜 Gomaae (Japanese Spinach Salad in Sesame Dressing)

材料 Ingredients
菠菜葉 Baby Spinach leaf1 磅 lb (450g)
芝麻拌醬 Sesame dressing1 份 portion
熟白芝麻 Roasted white sesame seed 1 大匙 Tbs

做法
1.準備芝麻拌醬
2.燒滾2/3鍋水。
3.將洗好的菠菜進滾水內燙30秒﹐馬上撈出用冷水沖涼。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水沖洗。
4.將菠菜擠乾後拌入芝麻涼拌醬。裝盤後撒上白芝麻即可。

PROCEDURE
1.Prepare the Sesame Dressing.
2.Boil a 2/3 full pot of water.
3.Place the spinach into the boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds. Remove the spinach from the pot and rinse under running cold water. Take out the spinach and drain the water. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water to rinse the spinach.
4.Squeeze the spinach dry then mix it with the sesame dressing. Plate the spinach and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
