Fish Ball Soup

Ingredients
Bonito Stock6 cup
Fish ball1 lb (450g)
Cilantro (chopped)2 Tbs
Scallion (minced)2 Tbs
Celery (finely diced)1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Mirin1 Tbs
Ground white pepper1/4 tsp
Sesame oil 1/4 tsp

Instructions
1.Prepare Bonito Stock and bring the stock to a boil.
2.Place the fish balls in the pot and cook over medium heat until they are floating above the soup.
3.Add salt, mirin, white pepper and sesame oil for seasoning. Turn off the heat and mix in the cilantro, scallion and celery.

芹菜(切細粒)1/4

味霖1 大匙
白胡椒1/4 小匙
麻油1/4 小匙

做法
1.準備柴魚湯頭並煮滾。
2.放入魚丸用中火煮到魚丸浮在湯面。
3.加入鹽,味霖,白胡椒和麻油調味。熄火,倒入香菜,蔥和芹菜拌勻即可。
