| 乾辣椒Dried chili pepper | 5 | 支 each |
| 醬油 Soy sauce | 1 | 杯 cup |
| 魚乾 Dried fish | 10 | 克 g |

| 洋蔥 Onion | 1/4 | 個 each |

| 酒 Cooking wine | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
| 柴魚湯頭 Bonito soup base | 1/2 | 杯 cup |
| 做法﹕ | 將以上材料煮滾後用小火熬煮 30 分鐘﹐或到醬汁剩下一半。倒過濾網留下的醬汁待涼後即可使用。 |
| Procedure: | Bring all the ingredients to a boil. Turn the heat to low and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the sauce reduce to half. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture through a strainer. Let the sauce completely cool down before use. |
