(Sautéed Napa Cabbage with Dried Shrimps)

Ingredients
Napa cabbage (cut 10cm x 3cm/4"x1" strips)1-1/2 lb (675g)
Dried shrimp (soaked/roughly chop)1 Tbs
Cooking oil1 Tbs
Light sauté sauce1 portion

Instructions
1.Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce.
2.Place 1 tbs. of oil and dried shrimp in a heated wok; sauté until aromatic. Add the Napa cabbage and Light Sauté Sauce; stir for several times.
3.Cover the wok and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Uncover and continue sautéing until the cabbage reaches desired softness.

做法
1.準備 清炒醬汁
2.鍋燒熱後放進1大匙油和蝦米爆香,加入白菜和清炒醬汁翻炒數下。
3.蓋上蓋子用中火煮2分鐘。除去蓋子,繼續翻炒到你喜歡的軟度。
