| 1. | 豆腐切 2cm x 2cm小塊。海帶芽在水裡泡開,用水沖洗後略切。蔥洗乾淨後切成蔥花。 | 
| 2. | 準備味增湯頭。 | 
| 3. | 柴魚湯用大火燒滾後轉小火。加入味增醬在濾網裡化開。 | 
| 4. | 加入豆腐和海帶芽煮1分鐘後熄火。舀味增湯到碗裡,再灑些蔥花。 | 
 
 PROCEDURE
| 1. | Cut the tofu into 2cm x 2cm cubes. Wash and soak the seaweeds in water until soft. Roughly cut the seaweed. Wash and mince the scallions. | 
| 2. | Prepare the Miso Soup Base. | 
| 3. | Bring the Bonito Soup Base to a boil then turn the heat to low. Add miso and dissolve it through a mesh strainer. | 
| 4. | Add the tofu and seaweeds and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Ladle the soup to a bowl and top with minced scallion. |
