Instructions
1. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce。 |
2. | Mix chicken with the Basic Marinade (Dark) for 10 minutes. |
3. | Place 2 tbs. of oil and chicken in a non-stick pan; sauté until the chicken is 80% done. Set the chicken aside. |
4. | Add 1 tbs. of oil, scallion and chili pepper in the same pan; sauté until aromatic. Place in the bean sprouts and stir for several times. |
5. | Add the Light sauté sauce and chicken; stir fry until the bean sprouts are done but still crispy. |

2. | 雞肉與 基本醃料(濃)拌勻醃10分鐘。 |
3. | 不沾鍋燒熱後加入2大匙油和雞肉炒到8分熟後馬上盛出。 |
4. | 原鍋加熱1大匙油,蔥段和辣椒爆香。倒入豆芽拌炒數下。 |
5. | 加入清炒醬汁拌和雞絲炒到豆芽脫生即可。 |
