Clams in Dark Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients
Clam1-1/3 lb (600g)
Dark vinegar sauce 1 portion
香醋蛤蜊圖片

Instructions
1.Refer to Handling Clams to clean the clams.
2.Prepare the Dark Vinegar Sauce
3.Place the part A from the Dark Vinegar Sauce to a heated wok and sauté until aromatic. Add part B from the Dark Vinegar Sauce and bring the sauce to a boil.
4.Add the clams; cover and cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
5.Remove the lid and continue cooking. Transfer the clams immediately to a deep plate once they are open. Sprinkle the clams with the scallion from part C of the Dark Vinegar Sauce then pour the remaining sauce over. Serve immediately.

蛤蜊1-1/3 磅 (600克)

做法
1.參考蛤蜊處理將蛤蜊清理乾淨。
2.準備香醋醬汁
3.炒鍋燒熱後放進香醋醬汁A料爆香。加入香醋醬汁A料爆香煮滾。
4.倒入蛤蜊翻炒數下後加蓋用中火煮2分鐘。
5.除去蓋子。繼續煮,當蛤蜊殼一打開後馬上夾出放進盤內。等所有蛤蜊都夾出後,撒上香醋醬汁C料的蔥花,再將剩餘醬汁淋在蛤蜊即可。
