做法
1. | 參考處理干貝將干貝蒸軟撕成細絲。生菜逐葉洗乾淨﹐切成 6cm x 6cm 大小。 |
2. | 清炒醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 油 2 大匙燒熱﹐放進干貝炒香。再加入生菜快炒數下。 |
4. | 加入清炒醬汁與生菜拌炒﹐見生菜脫生就立刻裝盤。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Refer to Handle Dried Scallop to steam the scallops. Shred the dried scallops. Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf. Cut the leaves into 2"x2" pieces |
2. | Get the Light Sauté Sauce ready. |
3. | Heat 2 tbs of oil. Add the shredded dried scallops and sauté until aromatic. Add the lettuce and stir-fry for several times. |
4. | Add the Light Sauté Sauce. Stir-fry the lettuce with the sauce until the lettuce is cooked but still crunchy. Serve hot. |
