干貝生菜 Sautéed Iceberg Lettuce with Dried Scallop

材料 Ingredients
生菜 Iceberg Lettuce 1 棵(小) head(small)
干貝 Dried scallop 3 粒 each
油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
清炒醬汁 Light sauté sauce 1 份 portion

做法
1.參考處理干貝將干貝蒸軟撕成細絲。生菜逐葉洗乾淨﹐切成 6cm x 6cm 大小。
2.清炒醬汁準備好。
3.油 2 大匙燒熱﹐放進干貝炒香。再加入生菜快炒數下。
4.加入清炒醬汁與生菜拌炒﹐見生菜脫生就立刻裝盤。



PROCEDURE
1.Refer to Handle Dried Scallop to steam the scallops. Shred the dried scallops. Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf. Cut the leaves into 2"x2" pieces
2.Get the Light Sauté Sauce ready.
3.Heat 2 tbs of oil. Add the shredded dried scallops and sauté until aromatic. Add the lettuce and stir-fry for several times.
4.Add the Light Sauté Sauce. Stir-fry the lettuce with the sauce until the lettuce is cooked but still crunchy. Serve hot.
