荷蘭豆炒甜不辣 Sautéed Snow Peas with Fried Fish Cake

材料 Ingredients
荷蘭豆 Snow Pea 1/2 磅 lb (225g)
甜不辣 Fried fish cake1/3 磅 lb (150g)
油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
高湯 Stock3 大匙 Tbs
清炒醬汁 Light sauté sauce 1 份 portion

做法
1.荷蘭豆洗乾淨將兩頭及邊邊的老絲撕掉。甜不辣切成厚斜片。
2.將清炒醬汁準備好﹐其中的芡粉可以不要。
3.將荷蘭豆﹐甜不辣﹐油﹐高湯﹐和清炒醬汁放進一個微波爐用的容器加蓋。
4.放進微波爐用強火微 3 分鐘。蓋子不要打開再燜 1 分鐘。
5.將所有材料拌勻使調味均勻即可裝盤。



Procedure
1.Wash the snow peas. Snap off the ends of each pod and remove the string from the seam. Diagonally cut the fish cake into thick slices.
2.Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. The corn starch in the recipe can be omitted.
3.Put the snow peas, fish cake, oil, stock and the Light Sauté Sauce in a microwave safe container and cover.
4.Microwavee the container at high heat for 3 minutes. Leave the cover on for another minute.
5.Stir the mixture to make sure it is evenly seasoned.
