做法
1. | 荷蘭豆洗乾淨將兩頭及邊邊的老絲撕掉。甜不辣切成厚斜片。 |
2. | 將清炒醬汁準備好﹐其中的芡粉可以不要。 |
3. | 將荷蘭豆﹐甜不辣﹐油﹐高湯﹐和清炒醬汁放進一個微波爐用的容器加蓋。 |
4. | 放進微波爐用強火微 3 分鐘。蓋子不要打開再燜 1 分鐘。 |
5. | 將所有材料拌勻使調味均勻即可裝盤。 |
Procedure
1. | Wash the snow peas. Snap off the ends of each pod and remove the string from the seam. Diagonally cut the fish cake into thick slices. |
2. | Prepare the Light Sauté Sauce. The corn starch in the recipe can be omitted. |
3. | Put the snow peas, fish cake, oil, stock and the Light Sauté Sauce in a microwave safe container and cover. |
4. | Microwavee the container at high heat for 3 minutes. Leave the cover on for another minute. |
5. | Stir the mixture to make sure it is evenly seasoned. |
