做法
1. | 將B料中蔥﹐薑﹐香菜洗乾淨。辣椒去籽。將上述材料都切成 5cm 細絲。蒜拍碎。 |
2. | 將麻辣涼拌醬準備好。 |
3. | 將A料放進電鍋,外鍋放一杯水蒸煮。 等電鍋跳起來後燜30分鐘。 如果牛肚還不夠爛,外鍋加半杯水再煮。(也可以直接在爐子上煮。) 等牛肚涼了以後切成細絲。 |
4. | 將牛肚絲与B料拌勻。放進冰箱保存至少1個小時使其入味。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | For the ingredients in Part B, wash the scallion, ginger and cilantro. Wash and seed the chili pepper. Cut them all into 2" julieenes. Crush the garlic cloves. |
2. | Prepare the Hot Spicy Sauce. |
3. | Put the ingredients in Part A in a pot. Place the pot and one cup of water in a rice cooker. When it is done, wait for 30 minutes before opening the lid. If the tripe is not tender enough, add ½ cup of water to the rice cooker and continue cooking. You can cook everything on a stove. Cut the tripe into thin strips after it has cooled down.|
Mix the tripe with the ingredients in Part B. Store the mixture in a refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve cold. |
