清炒白花菜 Sautéed Cauliflower with Light Sauté Sauce

材料 Ingredients
白花菜 Cauliflower 1/2 顆 head
紅蘿蔔 ( 小) Carrot (small) 1 根 each
大蒜 Garlic 5 瓣 clove
油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
高湯 Stock4 大匙 Tbs
清炒醬汁 Light sauté sauce 1 份 portion

做法
1.將白花菜洗洗乾淨切小塊。紅蘿蔔削皮後切成斜片。大蒜拍碎。
2.將清炒醬汁準備好。
3. 2 大匙油燒熱﹐倒入紅蘿蔔片和大蒜炒香。加入白花菜再炒 1 分鐘。
4.加入清炒醬汁和高湯繼續用中火煮到白花菜變軟。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces. Peel the carrot and diagonally cut it into thin slices. Crush the garlic.
2.Get the Light Sauté sauce ready.
3. Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok. Add the carrot slices and garlic, and sauté until aromatic. Add the cauliflower and sauté for 1 minutes.
4.Add the Light Sauté sauce and stock. Cook in medium heat until the cauliflower reaches the desired tenderness.
