做法
1. | 將白花菜洗洗乾淨切小塊。紅蘿蔔削皮後切成斜片。大蒜拍碎。 |
2. | 將清炒醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 2 大匙油燒熱﹐倒入紅蘿蔔片和大蒜炒香。加入白花菜再炒 1 分鐘。 |
4. | 加入清炒醬汁和高湯繼續用中火煮到白花菜變軟。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces. Peel the carrot and diagonally cut it into thin slices. Crush the garlic. |
2. | Get the Light Sauté sauce ready. |
3. | Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok. Add the carrot slices and garlic, and sauté until aromatic. Add the cauliflower and sauté for 1 minutes. |
4. | Add the Light Sauté sauce and stock. Cook in medium heat until the cauliflower reaches the desired tenderness. |
