做法
1. | 大蒜切碎﹐蔥切成小粒﹐與絞肉醬汁和絞肉拌勻。然後用多雙筷子順同一個方向用力絞拌﹐一直到汁全部被肉吸收而肉變得有彈性。將肉鋪平在蒸盤中。 |
2. | 將蛋﹐醬油和高湯放入碗內打拌均勻。 |
3. | 將蛋經由濾網倒進蒸盤﹐蓋過絞肉。 |
4. | 蒸盤加蓋後﹐用大火蒸12分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Mince the garlic and dice the scallion. Mix the garlic, scallion and Ground Pork Marinade with the ground pork. Use a whisk or several chopsticks to stir the ground pork in a constant direction until all the liquid is absorbed by the pork. Form a patty with the ground pork and place it on a steam plate. |
2. | Whip the eggs, soy sauce and stock in a different bowl until it is well mixed. |
3. | Pour the egg mixture over the pork patty through a strainer. |
4. | Cover the steam plate and steam at high heat for approx. 12 minutes. |
