絞肉蒸蛋 Steamed Egg with Ground Pork

材料 Ingredients
豬絞肉 Ground Pork 1/2 磅 lb (225g)
蔥 Scallion 1 支 stalk
大蒜 Garlic 2 瓣 clove
絞肉 (濃) Dark Ground Meat 1/2 份 portion
蛋 Egg 4 個 ea
醬油 Soy sauce2 大匙 Tbs
高湯 Stock 1/2 杯 cup

做法
1.大蒜切碎﹐蔥切成小粒﹐與絞肉醬汁和絞肉拌勻。然後用多雙筷子順同一個方向用力絞拌﹐一直到汁全部被肉吸收而肉變得有彈性。將肉鋪平在蒸盤中。
2.將蛋﹐醬油和高湯放入碗內打拌均勻。
3.將蛋經由濾網倒進蒸盤﹐蓋過絞肉。
4. 蒸盤加蓋後﹐用大火蒸12分鐘。



PROCEDURE
1.Mince the garlic and dice the scallion. Mix the garlic, scallion and Ground Pork Marinade with the ground pork. Use a whisk or several chopsticks to stir the ground pork in a constant direction until all the liquid is absorbed by the pork. Form a patty with the ground pork and place it on a steam plate.
2.Whip the eggs, soy sauce and stock in a different bowl until it is well mixed.
3.Pour the egg mixture over the pork patty through a strainer.
4.Cover the steam plate and steam at high heat for approx. 12 minutes.
