咖哩餃 Curry Puff

材料 Ingredients
中式油酥麵團 Chinese Puff Pastry Dough
1 份 portion
咖哩洋蔥肉餡 Curry Onion Meat Filling 1 份 portion
蛋 Egg 1 個 ea
醬油 Soy sauce 1 小匙 tsp
咖哩餃圖片

做法:
1.將咖哩洋蔥肉餡準備好。將冰透的咖哩洋蔥肉餡分成20等份。
2.將中式油酥麵團準備好, 麵團分成20等份。
3.將每一小麵團壓扁,擀成圓片。
4.將一份餡放在麵皮中心。麵片對折成半圓後將開口處捏出螺旋花紋 。如何捏出螺旋花紋請參考Youtube aminbest的影片 Making the edge of spiral curry puff 。將剩餘麵團依樣包好。
5.烤箱預熱到190C (375F) 。做好的咖哩餃放在烤盤上。蛋加1小匙醬油打散後將蛋液刷在咖哩餃表皮上。
6.將烤盤放進烤箱中層烤20分鐘至表面呈金黃色即可



Procedure:
1.Prepare the Curry Onion Meat Filling and divide the cold filling into 20 equal portions.
2. Prepare the Chinese Puff Pastry Dough and divide the dough into 20 equal pieces.
3.Press the pieces of the dough. Roll each piece into a round disk.
4. Place one portion of the Curry Onion Meat Filling on the center of a dough disk. Fold the dough disk to form a half-circle shape. Pinch the edge tightly and make a spiral pattern. To make the spiral pattern on the edge, please refer to Youtube aminbest’s video Making the edge of spiral curry puff . Repeat this step for the rest of the dough.
5.Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Place the dumplings on a baking sheet. Beat one egg with 1 tsp of soy sauce. Brush the top of each dumpling of dough with the egg mixture.
6.Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of an oven and bake for 20 minutes until the puffs are golden brown.
