肉燥拌麵 Noodles in a Taiwanese Style Meat Sauce

材料 Ingredients
熟油麵 Cooked yellow noodle 1人份 For 1 person
韭菜 Garlic Chive 2 大匙 Tbs
綠豆芽 Mung been sprout 2 大匙 Tbs
肉燥 Taiwanese style meat sauce 1/2 杯 cup

做法
1.將豆芽洗乾淨, 把較長的根部及帶殼的部份摘掉。韭菜洗乾淨後切成4cm小段。
2.燒開2/3鍋的水後放進油麵川燙。如果是用別種麵,請依照包裝指示將麵煮熟。麵煮熟後撈出放進碗裡。
3.淋1大匙肉燥汁在麵上。如果你的肉燥沒有醬汁,則用1/2大匙醬油取代。
4.將韭菜和豆芽放進鍋裡燙熟。撈出濾乾放在麵上。
5.最後淋上肉燥。食用時將肉燥与麵拌勻。



PROCEDURE
1.Wash the bean sprouts and pinch off the longer roots and husks. Wash the garlic chives and cut them into 1.5" segments.
2.Bring a 2/3-full pot of water to a boil. Blanch the boiled yellow noodles in the hot water. If you use another kind of noodle, cook the them by following the instructions on the packet. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
3.Pour 1 tbs of Taiwanese Style Meat sauce (juice only) over the noodles. If the meat sauce you use has no juice, use 1/2 tbs of soy sauce instead.
4.Put the garlic chives and mung bean sprouts in the boiling water and cook for 30 seconds. Take them out of the pot and place them on top of the noodles.
5.Pour the Taiwanese Style Meat Sauce over the noodles. Mix the sauce with noodles while serving.
