做法
1. | 把荷蘭豆洗乾淨將兩頭及邊邊的老絲撕掉。杏鮑菇用水沖去灰塵雜質後立刻擦乾,切成小塊。紅蘿蔔洗乾淨去皮後切成薄片。 |
2. | 將醋溜醬汁準備好。 |
3. | 炒鍋內燒熱1大匙油﹐倒入紅蘿蔔片略炒後,再加入3大匙水用小火煮到紅蘿蔔變軟。 |
4. | 倒入醋溜醬汁﹐荷蘭豆及杏鮑菇﹐繼續用中火炒到荷蘭豆變熟但還青脆。約1分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Wash the snow peas. Snap off the ends of each pod and remove the string from the seam. Wash the mushrooms quickly and dry them immediately. Cut them into small chunks. Wash and peel the carrot. Cut it into thin slices. |
2. | Prepare the Vinegar Sauce. |
3. | Heat 1 tbs of oil in a wok. Add the carrot slices to the wok and stir several times. Add 3 tbs of water and continue cooking at low heat until the carrot slices are tender. |
4. | Add the Vinegar Sauce, snow peas and king trumpet mushrooms in the wok, and sauté at medium heat until the snow peas are done but still crispy. |
