清洗粽葉
1.乾粽葉在滾水裡煮7分鐘。
2.然後逐葉刷洗粽葉,兩面都要刷。再用水沖乾淨。
3.將粽葉的硬梗剪掉。
4.將每葉粽葉用毛巾擦乾。

1.Cook the bamboo leaves in boiling water for 7 minutes.
2.Brush each leaf on both sides and rinse.
3.Cut off the hard stem on the end of each leaf.
4.Dry each leaf with a towel.





準備繩串
1.將包粽子的棉線量出130cm,折回再拉出130cm,這樣你就有兩條130cm的棉線。反覆此動作一直到拉出你要線的數量, 每條都是130cm。我一般都是20個粽子包在一串,所以需要20根線。
2.將棉線的一端打一個結。
3.將棉線的另一端剪開,使每條線分離。
4.將打結的那一端掛在衣架上。

Make a bundle of cotton string
1. First, pull and measure out 8 feet of string from a cotton string bump. Fold the string back to make two 4 feet strings that overlap one another. Measure out another 4 feet of string and overlap the two 4 feet strings with this one. Now you have three 4 feet strings. Repeat this step until you get the number of strings you want. I usually use twenty strings at a time.
2.Tie a knot on one end of the strings.
3.Cut off the other end of the strings to make each strip separate.
4.Hang the knot of the strings over a cloth hanger.
