清洗粽葉
1. | 乾粽葉在滾水裡煮7分鐘。 |

Clean Bamboo Leaves
1. | Cook the bamboo leaves in boiling water for 7 minutes. |
2. | Brush each leaf on both sides and rinse. |
3. | Cut off the hard stem on the end of each leaf. |
4. | Dry each leaf with a towel. |
準備繩串
1. | 將包粽子的棉線量出130cm,折回再拉出130cm,這樣你就有兩條130cm的棉線。反覆此動作一直到拉出你要線的數量, 每條都是130cm。我一般都是20個粽子包在一串,所以需要20根線。 |
2. | 將棉線的一端打一個結。 |
3. | 將棉線的另一端剪開,使每條線分離。 |
4. | 將打結的那一端掛在衣架上。 |
Make a bundle of cotton string
1. | First, pull and measure out 8 feet of string from a cotton string bump. Fold the string back to make two 4 feet strings that overlap one another. Measure out another 4 feet of string and overlap the two 4 feet strings with this one. Now you have three 4 feet strings. Repeat this step until you get the number of strings you want. I usually use twenty strings at a time. |
2. | Tie a knot on one end of the strings. |
3. | Cut off the other end of the strings to make each strip separate. |
4. | Hang the knot of the strings over a cloth hanger. |
