Vermicelli Soup with Fish Balls

Ingredients
Soup base for noodle1portion
Fuzhou Fish Ball3 ea
Mung bean vermicelli1 bundle
Tianjin preserved vegetable (rinse off salt/drained)1 Tbs
Spoon cabbage leaf as desired
Minced scallion1 Tbs
Chinese satay paste 2 tsp

Note:The above ingredients are for one person. The photos below are for 4 people.

Instructions:
1.Prepare and boil the Soup Base for Noodle, use method 2.
2.Place the fish balls in the soup and cook until they float above the soup. Add the vermicelli and cook until it reaches desired softness. Transfer the fish balls and vermicelli to a bowl.
3.Blanch the spoon cabbage leaves in the soup then transfer them to the bowl. Add Tianjin preserved vegetable and minced scallion to the bowl.
4.Ladle soup into the bowl and top with 1 tbs. of Chinese satay paste.

麵湯頭1
福州魚丸3
粉絲1
天津冬菜(洗去鹽份/濾乾)1 大匙
青江菜葉 隨意
蔥花1 大匙
沙茶醬2 小匙
沙茶魚丸粉絲湯圖片

註:以上材料是一人份,以下圖片是四人份。

做法
1.準備麵湯頭並煮滾,使用做法2。
2.加入福州魚丸煮到魚丸浮起來,再放進粉絲繼續煮到粉絲達你喜歡的軟度。將粉絲和魚丸裝進碗裡。
3.把青江菜放進湯裡燙熟後撈出放進碗裡,然後碗裡再加入冬菜和蔥花。
4.將湯舀入碗裡,最後再加上1大匙的沙茶醬。
