做法
1. | 準備柴魚燒煮汁。 |
2. | 依照處理秋葵方法將秋葵準備好。 |
3. | 燒滾2/3鍋水。將秋葵放進滾水內燙1分鐘,撈出用冷水沖涼再濾乾。如果你們的自來水不能生飲,請用煮過的冷開水。 |
4. | 把秋葵裝進保鮮盒,再倒入柴魚燒煮汁。蓋上蓋子放進冰箱冷藏。 |
5. | 食用時取些秋葵裝盤,淋些柴魚燒煮汁,再撒些柴魚屑。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Prepare the Bonito Sauce. |
2. | Follow the instructions of "Handling Okras" to prepare the okras. |
3. | Boil a 2/3 full pot of water. Add the okras and blanch for 1 minute. Drain the water and rinse the okras under running water until completely cold. If your tap water is not safe to drink, please use boiled cold water to shot the okras. |
4. | Place the okras and bonito sauce in a container. Cover and store in the fridge. |
5. | Plate the okras. Spoon the bonito sauce over the okras and sprinkle with dried bonito flakes. |
