(Pan-fried Salted Mackerel)

Ingredients
Boneless salted mackerel2 filet
Grated daikon/ginger some
鹽燒鯖魚圖片

Instructions
1.Rinse the salted mackerel under running water; pat dry with paper towels. Cut each filet in half.
2.Place the fish in a heated non-stick pan; pan-fry over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. Turn the fish over and pay-fry for another 2 minutes.
3.Serve the fish with grated daikon/ginger.

鹽漬去骨鯖魚2
蘿蔔薑泥 適量

做法
1.將鹽漬鯖魚放在水龍頭下略微沖洗後擦乾。每片魚對切成兩半。
2.不沾鍋燒熱後,放進魚片用中大火煎2分鐘,翻面後再煎2分鐘。
3.將煎好的魚片裝盤与蘿蔔泥一起食用。
