Instructions.
1. | Set the air fryer to 400°F(205°C). Mix the green beans with 2 tbs. of oil and cook in the air fryer for 20 minutes - stir the green beans in the midway. If you don't have an air fryer, fry the green beans in 350°(175°) oil until the beans are lightly wrinkled. |
2. | Place 1 tbs. of oil in a heated pan; add dried shrimp and Chinese pickled mustard; sauté until aromatic. |
3. | Add the green beans, salt, sugar and water. Stir over medium-high heat until the liquid evaporates. |
4. | Turn off the heat and mix in the scallion, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Serve this dish hot or cold. |

1. | 氣炸鍋設定在400°F(205°C)。四季豆与2大匙油拌勻後放進氣炸鍋炸20分鐘,中途取出攪拌一下。如果用平常鍋油炸,用350°F(175°c)油炸至外皮微皺。 |
2. | 炒鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油,放進蝦米和榨菜爆香。 |
3. | 加入四季豆,鹽,糖和水,用中大火翻炒到汁收乾。 |
4. | 熄火。加入蔥花,麻油和米醋,再拌炒數下即可裝盤。此菜可熱食或冷食。 |
