海苔花生 Seaweed Roasted Peanuts

材料 Ingredients
無皮花生 Skinless Peanut 4 杯 cup
食用油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
鹽 Salt 1 小匙 tsp
糖 Sugar1 大匙 Tbs
海苔粉 Aonori (Seaweed Powder) 1/3 杯 cup

做法
1.預熱烤箱到250˚F (120˚C)。
2.花生,鹽,糖,油放進烤盤後拌勻, 將花生平鋪在烤盤上。
3.把花生放進烤箱烤1個小時。拿出烤盤加入海苔粉与花生拌勻。放進烤箱再烤1個小時。關火讓花生留在烤箱裡到涼了以後再取出。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat an oven to 250˚F (120˚C).
2.Mix the peanuts, salt, sugar and oil on a backing sheet. Spread the peanuts evenly.
3. Bake the peanuts for 1 hour. Take out the baking sheet. Mix the seaweed powders with the peanuts. Bake the peanuts for another hour. Turn off the heat and leave the peanuts in the oven until they completely cool down.
