凱撒沙拉 Caesar Salad

材料 Ingredients
羅馬生菜 Roman lettuce 2 顆 head
凱撒沙拉醬 Caesar Salad Dressing 1 份 portion
帕梅善起司粉 Parmesan cheese powder 1/4 杯 cup
麵包酥 Crouton 適量 proper amount
凱撒沙拉圖片

做法:
1.羅馬生菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成小塊。放進沙拉除水器除水,或者用紙巾擦乾。將生菜放進冰箱冷藏至少1個小時。
2.將適量沙拉醬与生菜拌勻,再加入帕梅善起司粉拌勻。裝盤後撒上麵包酥即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Wash the roman lettuces leaf by leaf. Cut them into small pieces. Use a salad spinner to get the excessive water out. Or pat the lettuces dry with paper towels. Store the lettuces in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2.Mix the lettuces with proper amount of the Caesar salad dressing. Add the parmesan cheese powders and mix well. Plate the salad and sprinkle with croutons.
