做法:
1. | 烤箱預熱到300°F(150°C)。麵包去除硬邊後切成小塊。 |
2. | 將牛油,大蒜末,鹽,巴西利葉,紅燈籠辣椒粉在碗裡拌勻後放進微波爐微15秒。取出後再攪拌到鹽溶化。 |
3. | 把麵包塊和牛油混合液在一個大碗裡拌勻,確定每塊麵包都沾有牛油。再倒進帕梅善起司粉仔細拌勻。 |
4. | 麵包塊鋪平在烤盤上,放進烤箱烤15分鐘。取出翻拌過後再進烤箱烤15分鐘,或烤到麵包成酥脆金黃色。。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C)。Remove the crusts of the bread. Cut the bread slices into small cubes. |
2. | Mix the butter, minced garlic, salt, dried parsley, paprika in a microwave-safe container. Heat in the microwave for 15 seconds. Remove and stir until the salt is dissolved. |
3. | Mix the bread cubes and butter mixture in a big bowl until the bread cubes are evenly coated. Add the parmesan cheese and mix well. |
4. | Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir the bread cubes and continue to bake for another 15 minutes, or until the bread cubes are crispy and golden brown. |
