做法﹕
1. | 燒滾1小鍋水,加入1大匙鹽和胡蘿蔔煮到你喜歡的軟度。撈出胡蘿蔔備用。 |
2. | 在另一個鍋裡煮開蜂蜜牛油醬,再加入熟胡蘿蔔翻炒至醬汁變成黏稠及每根胡蘿蔔都裹有醬汁。最後拌入扁葉巴西利末。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Boil 1 small pot of water with 1 tbs. of salt. Add the carrots and cook until the carrots reach desired tenderness. Set the carrots aside. |
2. | Cook the Honey Glaze Sauce in a separate sauce pan until the butter is melted. Add the cooked carrots and stir until the sauce is thick and every carrot is coated with the sauce. Stir in the minced parsley and mix. |
