做法:
1. | 柳橙兩頭切掉後去皮(白色部份要完全切除),順著白膜切出果肉。胡蘿蔔去皮切成細絲。羅馬生菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成小塊。甜豆洗乾淨將兩頭及邊邊的老絲撕掉。 |
2. | 準備好柑橘油醋汁。 |
3. | 燒滾一小鍋水。另準備一盆冰水。 |
4. | 將甜豆和胡蘿蔔絲放進滾水燙2分鐘後撈出放進冰水裡。 |
5. | 將甜豆,胡蘿蔔及羅馬生菜放進沙拉除水器除水,或者用紙巾擦乾。 |
6. | 將適量柑橘油醋汁与甜豆,胡蘿蔔和生菜拌勻,最後加入柳橙肉。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Cut off the two ends of the oranges and slice off the peel (remove all the white part). Section the oranges between membranes. Wash, peel and julienne the carrot. Wash the roman lettuces leaf by leaf. Cut them into small pieces. Wash the sugar peas and snap the top of each pod off. |
2. | Prepare the Citrus Vinaigrette. |
3. | Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Prepare a bowl of water with ice. |
4. | Blanch the sugar peas and shredded carrots in the boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer them to the ice water. |
5. | Use a salad spinner to get the excessive water out of the sugar peas, carrots and lettuces. Or pat them dry with paper towels. |
6. | Mix proper amount of the Citrus Vinaigrette with the sugar peas, carrots and lettecues. Add the orange segments at the last. |
