培根包心菜 Sautéed Cabbage with Bacon

材料 Ingredients
包心菜(高麗菜) Cabbage1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
煙醺培根 Smoked bacon 3 條 strip
鹽 Salt1/3 小匙 tsp
水 Water1 大匙 Tbs

做法﹕
1.包心菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成2cm寬粗絲。培根切成細絲。
2.培根放進炒鍋用中火將油逼出及培根變脆。用紙巾吸取鍋裡的油。
3.加入包心菜,鹽和1大匙水用中大火炒至包心菜變軟即可。



PROCEDURE:
1.Wash the cabbage leaf by leaf. Cut it into 0.5" wide strips. Cut the bacon into fine strips.
2.Add the bacon to a wok and cook in medium heat until the bacon is crispy. Use a paper towel to absorb the grease in the wok.
3.Place in the cabbage, salt and 1 tbs. of water. Sauté until the cabbage is soft.
