做法﹕
1. | 包心菜逐葉洗乾淨後切成2cm寬粗絲。培根切成細絲。 |
2. | 培根放進炒鍋用中火將油逼出及培根變脆。用紙巾吸取鍋裡的油。 |
3. | 加入包心菜,鹽和1大匙水用中大火炒至包心菜變軟即可。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Wash the cabbage leaf by leaf. Cut it into 0.5" wide strips. Cut the bacon into fine strips. |
2. | Add the bacon to a wok and cook in medium heat until the bacon is crispy. Use a paper towel to absorb the grease in the wok. |
3. | Place in the cabbage, salt and 1 tbs. of water. Sauté until the cabbage is soft. |
