奶油焗白花菜 Cauliflower Casserole

材料 Ingredients
白花菜 Cauliflower 3 磅 lb (1.35 kg)
奶油糊 Cream sauce 1 份 portion
帕梅善起司粉 Grated parmesan cheese 1/3 杯 cup

做法
1.烤箱預熱到375˚F(190˚C)。白花菜洗乾淨後切成小塊(一塊一口大小)。
2.白花菜裝進烤盤後放進烤箱烤15分鐘。
3.準備 奶油糊 Cream sauce
4.取出白花菜。烤箱溫度調高到500°F(260°C)。
5.將白花菜与奶油糊拌勻後裝進烤盆,上面再均勻撒上帕梅善起司粉,進烤箱烤到起司融化,表面變成金黃色,約15分鐘。



PROCEDURE:
1.Preheat the oven to 375˚F(190˚C)。Clean the cauliflower and cut it into bite size.
2.Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 15 minutes.
3.Prepare the Cream Sauce .
4.Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 500°F(260°C)。
5.Mix the cauliflower and cream sauce in a casserole pan. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese all over the surface. Bake in the ove until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown, approx. 15 minutes.
