做法
1. | 烤箱預熱到375˚F(190˚C)。白花菜洗乾淨後切成小塊(一塊一口大小)。 |
2. | 白花菜裝進烤盤後放進烤箱烤15分鐘。 |
3. | 準備 奶油糊 Cream sauce 。 |
4. | 取出白花菜。烤箱溫度調高到500°F(260°C)。 |
5. | 將白花菜与奶油糊拌勻後裝進烤盆,上面再均勻撒上帕梅善起司粉,進烤箱烤到起司融化,表面變成金黃色,約15分鐘。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Preheat the oven to 375˚F(190˚C)。Clean the cauliflower and cut it into bite size. |
2. | Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 15 minutes. |
3. | Prepare the Cream Sauce . |
4. | Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Increase the oven temperature to 500°F(260°C)。 |
5. | Mix the cauliflower and cream sauce in a casserole pan. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese all over the surface. Bake in the ove until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown, approx. 15 minutes. |
