做法
1. | 將愛玉籽裝進棉布袋內,封口處綁緊。 |
2. | 手洗乾淨。將棉布袋放進2杯開水中略為沖洗。水丟棄不要。 |
3. | 10杯水裝在大盆內,放進棉布袋用手搓揉到愛玉籽的膠質全部釋放出來,約15分鐘。 |
4. | 大盆加蓋後放進冰箱冷藏到呈果凍狀,約1小時。 |
5. | 將一個檸檬擠汁,另一個則切成薄片。 |
6. | 食用時舀適量愛玉凍到小碗裡用湯匙切碎,依序加入碎冰,糖漿,檸檬汁和檸檬片。依照各人口調整份量。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Place the ficus pumila seeds in a cotton sachet and tie the opening tightly. |
2. | Wash your hands thoroughly. Place the cotton sachet in 2 cups of water and rinse roughly. Discard the water. |
3. | Place 10 cups of water in a large bowl. Dip the cotton sachet into the water and gently rub until all the pectin of the seeds is released, approx. 15 minutes. |
4. | Cover the bowl and store it in the fridge until it becomes jelly, approx. 1 hour. |
5. | Squeeze one lemon and reserve the juice. Thinly slice the other one. |
6. | To serve the Aiyu jelly, place proper amount of Aiyu jelly in a small bowl and chop into small pieces with a spoon. Add some crushed ice, syrup, lemon juice and lemon slices. Adjust the portion as you like. |
