韓式醬煮馬鈴薯 Gamja Jorim (Korean Briased Potato)

材料 Ingredients
黃馬鈴薯 Yellow potato1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
食用油 Cooking oil 2 大匙 Tbs
韓式燒醬 Korean stir-fry sauce 1 份 portion
糖 Sugar 1 大匙 Tbs
水 Water1/2 杯 cup

做法﹕
1.馬鈴薯去皮後切成2cm方塊。
2.把2大匙油和馬鈴薯塊放進燒熱的平底鍋,用中火將兩面煎到微黃。入鍋前將馬鈴薯用紙巾擦乾。
3.倒入韓式燒醬,1大匙糖和1/2杯水煮滾,轉中小火煮到馬鈴薯達到你喜歡的軟度,中途要將馬鈴薯翻面。再開中大火將醬汁收乾變濃稠。



PROCEDURE:
1.Peel the potatoes and cut them into 0.75" cubes.
2.Pat dry the potatoes with paper towels. Add 2 tbs. of oil and potato cubes in a heated pan. Pan-fry over medium heat until slightly brown on both sides.
3.Add the Korean Stir-fry Sauce, 1 Tbs. of sugar and ½ cup of water. Bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to medium low and cook until the potatoes reach desired tenderness, Stir occasionally. Continue to cook over medium high heat until the sauce is reduced and sticky.
