做法﹕
1. | 牛排切成3cm方塊後与希臘醃料和橄欖油裝進帶拉鏈的塑膠袋裡。拌勻後進冰箱醃至少2個小時。 |
2. | 取出牛肉,放到室溫。 |
3. | 紅椒,綠椒和洋蔥也切成3cm方塊。 |
4. | 將牛肉塊,紅椒,綠椒,洋蔥交替串在鐵籤上(如果使用竹籤,竹籤必須浸泡在水裡至少2個小時)。 |
5. | 烤網刷上一層橄欖油後放上牛肉串,牛肉上再刷一層油。進烤箱用上火最高溫烤5分鐘。拿出翻面,牛肉上再刷一層油,進烤箱再烤5分鐘。 |
6. | 取出裝盤。食用時佐以希臘黃瓜優格醬。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Cut the steak into 1-1/4" cubes. Place the beef, Greek Rub and olive oil in a zip-lock bag. Mix well and store the bag in the fridge for at least 2 hours. |
2. | Remove the beef from the fridge. Let it sit until it returns to room temperature. |
3. | Cut the red pepper, green pepper and onion into 1-1/4" squares. |
4. | Alternately skew the beef cubes, red pepper, green pepper and onion. If using bamboo skewers, soak them in water for at least 2 hours. |
5. | Brush some oil on the roasting rack. Place the skewers on the rack and brush some oil on the beef too. Broil at the highest heat for 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the oven. Turn the skewers over and brush with some more oil. Broil for another 5 minutes. |
6. | Plate the beef and serve with Greek Cucumber Yogurt Sauce . |
