做法﹕
1. | 烤盤預熱到450°C(230°C)。 |
2. | 燒滾1/2鍋的水後放進玉米煮熟﹐大約5分鐘。取出濾乾。 |
3. | 準備 台式烤肉醃料 。 |
4. | 玉米刷上一層薄薄的台式烤肉醃料。放上烤盤進烤箱中層烤4分鐘。拿出翻面再刷一層醃料,進烤箱再烤4分鐘。如此重複2次(共3次,24分鐘)。 |
5. | 做好依各人喜好撒上適量七味粉。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 450°C(230°C). |
2. | Boil half pot of water. Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water. |
3. | Prepare the Taiwanese Style BBQ Marinade . |
4. | Brush the corn with a thin layer of Taiwanese Style BBQ Marinade. Place the corn on a baking pan and bake on the middle rack for 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the corn over. Baste the corn with the marinade and bake for another 4 minutes. Repeat this step twice (total 3 three times, 24 minutes.) |
5. | Sprinkle the corn with Shichimi powder as desired |
