夜市烤玉米(燒番麥) Taiwanese Style Grilled Corn

材料 Ingredients
玉米 Corn3 支 ear
台式烤肉醃料 Taiwanese style BBQ marinade 1 份 portion
七味粉 Shichimi powder隨意 As desired

做法﹕
1.烤盤預熱到450°C(230°C)。
2.燒滾1/2鍋的水後放進玉米煮熟﹐大約5分鐘。取出濾乾。
3.準備 台式烤肉醃料
4.玉米刷上一層薄薄的台式烤肉醃料。放上烤盤進烤箱中層烤4分鐘。拿出翻面再刷一層醃料,進烤箱再烤4分鐘。如此重複2次(共3次,24分鐘)。
5.做好依各人喜好撒上適量七味粉。



PROCEDURE
1.Preheat the oven to 450°C(230°C).
2.Boil half pot of water. Add the corn and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
3.Prepare the Taiwanese Style BBQ Marinade .
4.Brush the corn with a thin layer of Taiwanese Style BBQ Marinade. Place the corn on a baking pan and bake on the middle rack for 4 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and turn the corn over. Baste the corn with the marinade and bake for another 4 minutes. Repeat this step twice (total 3 three times, 24 minutes.)
5.Sprinkle the corn with Shichimi powder as desired
