Fish with Dark Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
Trout1 whole (600g)
Salt1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper1/4 tsp
Cookin oil1/4 cup
Dark vinegar dressing 1 portion

Instrutions
1.Prepare the Dark Vinegar Dressing.
2.Clean the fish. Cut the head and tail off, then cut the body into 4 sections.
3.Spread salt and pepper on both sides of the fish sections. Let them be marinated for 5 minutes. Pat dry the fish with paper towels before cooking to avoid oil spill while pan-frying.
4. Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a non-stick pan. Pan-fry the fish over high heat for 2 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and continue pan-frying for another 4 minutes. Turn the fish over and do the same.
5. Place the fish on a plate; pour over the mixed Dark Vinegar Dressing and serve.

鱒魚1 尾 (600克)

黑胡椒1/4 小匙
食用油1/4
香醋涼拌醬1

做法
1.準備香醋涼拌醬
2.將魚洗乾淨,去頭去尾後切成四段。
3.將鹽和胡椒撒在魚兩面醃5分鐘。入鍋前用紙巾將魚擦乾以免煎的時候油爆。
4.將1/4杯油在鍋裡燒熱,放進魚先用大火煎2分鐘﹐再用中火煎4分鐘。翻面同樣方式煎6分鐘。
5.將魚盛出裝盤,淋上香醋涼拌醬即可。
