簡易清炒青花菜 Easy Sautéed Broccoli

材料 Ingredients
青花菜 Broccoli2/3 磅 lb (300g)
大蒜片 (可免) Sliced garlic (optional) 1/2 大匙 Tbs
食用油 Cooking oil2 大匙 Tbs
高湯 Stock 4 大匙 Tbs
鹽Salt1/2 小匙 tsp
簡易清炒青花菜圖片

做法
1.將青花菜洗乾淨﹐切小塊。
2.將青花菜﹐大蒜,油﹐高湯﹐和鹽稍微拌一下後放進一個微波爐用的容器加蓋。
3.放進微波爐用強火微 3 分鐘。蓋子不要打開再燜 1 分鐘。
4.將青花菜略微拌一下使調味均勻即可裝盤。



Procedure
1.Wash the broccoli and cut them into small pieces.
2.Put broccoli, garlic, oil, stock and salt in a microwave safe container, mix and cover.
3.Put the container in a microwave and cook in high heat for 3 minutes. Leave the cover on for another 1 minutes.
4.Mix the broccoli with the stock & salt well to serve.
