做法
1. | 將青花菜洗乾淨﹐切小塊。 |
2. | 將青花菜﹐大蒜,油﹐高湯﹐和鹽稍微拌一下後放進一個微波爐用的容器加蓋。 |
3. | 放進微波爐用強火微 3 分鐘。蓋子不要打開再燜 1 分鐘。 |
4. | 將青花菜略微拌一下使調味均勻即可裝盤。 |
Procedure
1. | Wash the broccoli and cut them into small pieces. |
2. | Put broccoli, garlic, oil, stock and salt in a microwave safe container, mix and cover. |
3. | Put the container in a microwave and cook in high heat for 3 minutes. Leave the cover on for another 1 minutes. |
4. | Mix the broccoli with the stock & salt well to serve. |
