日式柑橘醬油 Ponzu Shoyu (Japanese Citrus Soy Sauce)

材料 Ingredients
醬油 Soy sauce1/4 杯 cup
新鮮檸檬汁 Fresh lemon juice 2 大匙 Tbs
米醋 Rice vinegar1-1/2 大匙 Tbs
味霖 Mirin1 大匙 Tbs
柴魚湯頭 Bonito stock 1/4 杯 cup

做法 Method
將所有材料拌勻後加蓋放進冰箱冷藏。
Combine all the ingredients in a jar. Cover and store in the fridge.
