做法﹕
先將白芝麻用乾鍋炒香。再用食物處理機打碎 (或是放在一個塑膠袋內用擀面杖擀碎) 。把所以材料攪拌均勻即可食用。
Procedure:
Roast the sesames on a pan. Grind the sesames with a grinder or food processor (Or put the sesames in a zip-lock bag. Crush the sesames with a rolling pin.). Mix all the ingredients well.
