白醋 Rice vinegar | 3 | 大匙 Tbs |
黑醋 Dark vinegar | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
黑胡椒 Black pepper | 1 | 小匙 tsp |
白胡椒 White pepper | 2 | 小匙 tsp |
醬油 Soy sauce | 1/2 | 大匙 Tbs |
鹽 Salt | 1/2 | 小匙 tsp |
糖 Sugar | 1 | 小匙 tsp |
酒 Cooking wine | 1 | 大匙 Tbs |
麻油 Sesame oil | 1/2 | 小匙 tsp |
水 Water | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
芡粉 Corn starch | 2 | 大匙 Tbs |
做法﹕先將A料燒滾﹐加入主材料煮熟後再加入B料調味﹐最後加入C料勾芡。
Instructions: Bring part A to a oil. Add the major ingredients and cook until done. Add part B for seasoning. Finally add the part C to make the soup thick.
