蘿蔔排骨湯 Daikon and Pork Spare Rib Soup

材料 Ingredients
白蘿蔔 Daikon 1-1/2 磅 lb (675g)
鹽 Salt 1/2 大匙 Tbs
排骨湯頭 Pork spare rib soup base 1 份 portion

做法
1.白蘿蔔削皮後切成大塊。
2.將排骨湯頭燒滾後放入白蘿蔔塊。等湯再滾後﹐將浮在湯上的泡沫渣滓撇掉。
3.加入鹽加蓋用中小火煮 25 分鐘即可。



PROCEDURE
1.Peel the daikon and cut it into big chunks.
2.Bring the spare rib soap base to a boil. Add the daikon. When the soup is boiling again, skim off the foams on top of the soup.
3.Add salt for seasoning. Cover and cook in medium-low heat for 25 minutes.
