做法: 在一小湯鍋內燒熱一大匙油後加入紅蔥頭丁用中小火將之炸到金黃,約4分鐘。加入其它材料用大火燒開。此配方是一人份。
Instructions: Heat 1 tbs oil in a soup pot. Fry the diced shallots in medium-low heat until they are golden brown. Add all other ingredients to the pot and bring the mixture to a boil. This recipe is for one person.
